1) Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site or our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the services with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

2) Who we are

The Nest Centre provides coaching, workshops and mentorship for International Medical Graduates (IMGs). Contact details appear at the end of these Terms.

3) Services & important disclaimers

• Services: Small Group Coaching, Workshops, Personalised Coaching (1-to-1), and Mentorship.
• No medical, legal or immigration advice: Our content and sessions are educational. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, immigration or other professional advice. Always seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
• No guarantees: We aim to help you prepare effectively, but we cannot guarantee exam outcomes, job placement, registration or any particular result.
• Suitable behaviour: Be respectful towards facilitators and other learners. We may remove participants who disrupt sessions or breach these Terms.

4) Enrolment & EOI process

For Small Group Coaching, Workshops and Personalised Coaching, you submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via our Google Form. We will email you upcoming dates, schedules and next steps, including payment instructions (if applicable). Your place is confirmed only when we receive the required information and any fees communicated during enrolment.

5) Mentorship subscriptions (Stripe)

• Mentorship is billed at AUD 50 per month via Stripe.
• You may cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, unless required by law.
• After payment, we may redirect you to an onboarding page and send a welcome email with next steps.

6) Changes, cancellations & no-shows

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a 1-to-1 session, please give at least [48 hours] notice so we can offer the slot to another learner.
• No-shows/late cancellations: Sessions missed or cancelled within [24 hours] may be forfeited or charged a fee, at our discretion.
• Workshops/groups: Dates may change if minimum numbers are not met. We will notify you promptly and offer alternatives.

7) Pricing, currency & taxes

• Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Small Group Coaching — from AUD 250 per day; Workshops — from AUD 250 per day; Personalised Coaching — AUD 120 per hour; Mentorship — AUD 50 per month.
• We may update pricing from time to time. The price shown at the time of payment applies.
• Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown during checkout or communicated during enrolment.
